A History of Violence: Brandon Phillips, GOP Political Operative
The Herschel Walker campaign has distanced itself from Phillips after he attacked the service canine of a fellow Georgian which resulted in the dog's hospitalization.

After being investigated by his peers for financial fraud and embezzlement, Brandon Phillips, 36, a long-time Republican operative in Georgia, assaulted the service dog of Georgia Republican, Tifani Hinson Eledge, who had offered a truce with Phillips for the sake of the election hopes of the Peach State GOP.
"I let a GOP candidate know what Brandon had done. The candidate sent me this text. 'Brandon solicited my campaign business; glad I turned him down!' "I just had a feeling he was not a good guy. Glad my instincts kicked in," one Georgian said.
The wound caused by the attack on Sampson by Phillips. Had it been a human victim instead of a canine one, a likely charge would have been at the minimum one count of aggravated assault, which is a felony. At the very least it would have been a violent misdemeanor.
Phillips has been arrested and charged with crimes multiple times in the past.
Phillips was peeved with Eledge because she been asking him about the illegal diversion of funds from the Georgia Republican Party to his own personal Venmo account.
The incident in question happened at a so-called “Faith Leaders Roundtable “ on Tuesday, August 23rd at the Georgia Republican Headquarters in Albany at 102 N Washington Street. The headliner for the event was Herschel Walker (R), who was supported by Chris West (R-GA-02).
At the event, as Eledge was attempting to exit, her path was impeded by Phillips. She attempted to go around him, but Phillips got in between her and Samson, her service canine.
After being kicked by Phillips, Eledge’s dog, Sampson, incurred a relatively deep stab-like wound to his torso, which left him unable to eat food or exercise for several days. He was kicked so hard he was lifted off the ground, into the air and against the wall. The violence was witnessed by several people at the Albany-based event.
The financial costs incurred by Eledge was in the hundreds. as she had to take Samson to a veterinarian for medical aid in recovery.
Phillips had previously diverted money donated to the Georgia GOP to his personal Venmo account, a debt which took over 12 months to repay.
Phillips eventually repaid on his third attempt, via a cashiers check for which he paid via credit card.
Sources have revealed that the crime was committed at an event hosted by a candidate for the most expensive Senatorial electoral race in the world, Herschel Walker, nominee for the Republican Party of Georgia.
Sources say that Herschel Walker's campaign operators have since distanced themselves from Phillips, although one Peach State voter relayed that Phillips continues to show up a GOP events in the weeks preceding November's election.

Who is Brandon Phillips?
Phillips, 36, was a Georgia district-level delegate to the 2016 Republican National Convention who voted for Trump. However, his allegiance to Trump was quickly disregarded after his criminal history was revealed.
After he brandished a firearm at a woman in 2008, he was charged with two misdemeanor counts of simple battery and one misdemeanor count of simple assault. Both of these counts were plead out in a dead docket pretrial intervention, something which is nearly unheard of for violent offenses.
Also in 2008, Phillips was charged with one count of criminal damage to property, a 2nd degree felony. He had been arrested after he was caught stealing and destroying the campaign signs of political opponents of his.
According to GOP insiders, the proxy for Brandon Phillips is a guy named Grant Snowden, who served 25 years of a life sentence for murder.
"Brandon's associates removed campaign signs replacing them with his candidate signs. These thefts were reported to Sheriff. It's a crime," Sarah said.
"They removed Jeremy Hunt signs,” Georgia voter Jeffery Jolly added.
Phillips also allegedly stole signs in support of the campaign of Kandiss Taylor and against GOP rules, managed three different campaigns.
"When we publicly accused him of it- he said he was just an advisor,” Georgia citizen Sarah Webster stated.
"Joseph Brannon told me the rule didn't apply to Brandon because he did that for a living. I said.. They [need] him to resign as district chairman then. If not, then no county chairman should have to follow the rule," Jeffery Jolly said.
After he was dismissed as director for Trump’s operations in Georgia for his violent criminal record, he nonetheless remained the GOP Chairman for the 2nd Congressional District.
Despite the fact he was dismissed by the Trump team for his violent criminal past, he maintains a banner on his Twitter profile that includes photos of himself with POTUS 45.
Tifani Eledge, the owner of the canine victim, gave some thoughts on the unprovoked attack.
“He bullied the county chairs into not having a secret ballot and made sure he could see who either voted for him or against him. After the vote to not have a secret ballot, one county left and refused to vote. He only won by three votes,” Eledge said.
“The Venmo that was used instead of going into the 2nd district checking account, Brandon had them directed to his personal business account,” Atlanta Tea Party President Debbie Dooley said.
The same year he siphoned those funds, he had an active tax lien on his property.

Phillips is likely to be the Chief of Staff for Mike Collins if Collins wins the Georgia 10th Congressional District race. Collins defeated Vernon Jones in the May 24th primary to win the GOP nomination.
Collins experienced pressure from the media in the days that led up to the May 24th primary, after a local masseuse accused Collins of proposing physical relations with her in the middle of a massage session.
Collins has endorsed Herschel Walker, a surprise to no one.
“All the money that was raised [that night] went to Brandon Phillips’ business account," Eledge stated in reference to the diversion of funds.
“It took him a year to pay it back and it took him three different checks to pay it back, The final check that paid it back was [paid for] via credit card.” Eledge added.

Despite being a dog-abuser himself, Phillips has a dog of his own, a German Shepherd called Jerry Lee.

A somewhat suspicious aspect of the story is that Phillips, a supposed Georgia resident and member of the GOP, has his business based the State of Florida.
“His business is in Tallahassee Florida. His business has been benefitting because when the 2nd district needs something he’ll send and say hey can you send a check to Wire Grass Strategies?’ which is his business [in Florida],” a Peach State resident relayed.
"Brandon has been voting in Grady County, Georgia and taking a homestead exemption for his home in Florida. Violations of law. Both issues have been reported to proper authorities. Brandon was instrumental in forcing the second district (first to delay a vote to censure Kemp) and then to withdraw the vote to censure him. ([This is a] violation of GOP rules to avoid favoritism," Sarah said.
It was discovered that Phillips also has a tax lien on one of his properties, amount that totals over $27,000. His extension date on the tax lien is July 8th, 2025.
This is a possible motive for the siphoning of funds from the Georgia GOP, with the questioning by Tifani Eledge providing a clear motive for the violent retaliation that occurred.
Phillips, a Republican, recently bought a copy of Flipped by Atlanta Journal-Constitution mainstay and Democratic National Committee (DNC) shill, Greg Bluestein. Bluestein was recently mocked on Twitter for this book title after it was reported the GOP had extended their lead in pre-Midterm polls.
"Even after he we made sure when we set up for the low country bowl last year, we made sure that the ticket sales did not go to his account. However, there was $6,000 of checks that were written out. One of them was to WireGrass Solutions, and the other two were to businesses out in Florida. So if you’re trying to spend money in Georgia, why are you doing this out of Florida?”

Phillips is revealed to be a supporter of Atlanta Tea Party President Debbie Dooley.
“When I took over as treasurer, I made it very, I was public with it and at the meeting I said I was going to do a detailed treasurer’s report. However, I have been unable to do a detailed treasurer’s report because I cannot find out the information," Eledge stated. "I have requested the information from Brandon Phillips and Cindy Summerlin several times via text message and email. The last text message that I sent was ‘Can you at least acknowledge that you’re getting my messages, so I know that you’re getting them?’”

Phillips, who obviously has a high regard for his own dog, has no problem committing assault against the dog of someone with whom he has a disagreement.
It wasn’t until I responded to an email [in response to] Jackie Allen [where] it looked like he was saving Brandon’s ass again that I got a response from Brandon,” Eledge said.

Phillips belligerence also manifested in text message communications he sent to Eledge.
"In the same text thread that I had been sending him several times requesting this information and requesting for him to at least respond, he responds and says ‘it looks like the cleaning lady is mad or retarded, or possibly both,” Eledge relayed.
“She was essentially asking questions about financial malfeasance involving Brandon and the money the 2nd District was taking in. That’s why he was upset at her,” Dooley asserted.
The Georgia GOP has intervened and asked the court to delay the hearing, an absence for which Phillips could be issued an arrest warrant.
"I spoke with a local Magistrate Judge and he informed me that even though Brandon Phillips had the warrant hearing postponed until after the election as long as the complaint isn't dropped, the hearing can still happen and if he flees to Washington DC and doesn't show then that's an automatic bench warrant,” Tami Alexas Pietras relayed to Public Intel Free Press.
"These types usually get picked up at airports," she added. "That would be embarrassing to a sitting Congressman to be at an airport with your Chief Advisor and he gets arrested on a felony charge because he fled for kicking a dog."
"Brandon has actually pulled a gun on a woman he was angry at. Look what he did with kicking a defenseless dog. He has gotten away with bad behavior for so long, he has never been held accountable. That emboldens him and he thought he could get away with harming a dog at a public event. What will he do next? Next time will he feel emboldened enough to kill a dog or seriously harm someone?" Dooley stated.
"I can't protect psychopaths even if they support the same candidate as me. The GOP should have done the right thing in the first place and gave hi the boot after Trump fired him. I have only watched him bring in more psychopaths into the party to bully more people into submission," Tami Pietras said.
"Something has happened to the GA GOP. Corruption and control. The elected officials no longer seem to fear the wrath of the voters," Sarah Webster said.
"Word around D.C. is that Brandon screwed up the chance to take out Bishop," another Peach State voter said.
"His tight little group that protects him is going on with the fundraiser in Pelham on October 22nd, and want people to raise money and donate and we can't even get an account of the last 2 years where he stole money," Donna Wilkinson stated emphatically.
In the same vein as human-on-dog violence, Phillips had an interesting response to the story of a Seattle Police Department (SPD) K9 that was killed in the line of duty.
The midterm election is November 8th, 2022.
